I have purchased a townhouse in Orlando FL from Lennar on May 2019 and I am also totally disappointed with the construction they do. What I find out is that they hire contractors who bring subcontractors and no one knows what they do. Their crew members are working with people who can’t even speak English nor can do a proper math to take measures. That is way the sloppiness and messiness of their work. The carpet upstairs was all over with paint and glue, the sink disposal had a awful noise and when the plumber came we find out that the workers grind a hard plastic and trowed paint inside.

List is too big that I really don't understand what to include over here and what to exclude. Even after listing all problems in warranty tickets, they aren't turning out till now. This would explain why they often do a poor job in their core of construction – they are making YOU sign off that they aren’t responsible for any of the damage, life or health impacts or their poor workmanship. Regardless of how badly they construct a home and how much damage it does to your belongings, your health or the health of others that happen to spend significant time in your home. Lennar is essentially saying “so sorry, but we aren’t responsible for that” in our home warranty.
